🧡 ARTIST NOTE:
The black fabric "shadows" are hand cut & stitched. I often use "imperfect" subjects like the torn leaf - finding them to be extraordinarily beautiful.
All of the flowers seen on the tapestries are from my original photographs -
I have taken 7000+ photographs of weeds, blooms, & wild things
found growing
on the side of the road - since 2016.
